Our GUEST Service program includes a comprehensive consultation to help identify your needs and how best to incorporate GUEST into your properties culture. Our development team is focused on creating a program that fits not only your mission but your budget as well.
Our unique program is not simply a one-day seminar aimed at getting staff excited for a day, but a learning experience that is designed for the Team Members to learn more about themselves, the company and their Team Mates. The Premier GUEST Training Program is a series of five half-day interconnected sessions where Team Members participate in interactive working groups that include:
GREET!
The most important part of every interaction starts at the beginning. We work with each individual to help them discover their most comfortable way to begin an interaction with a guest, no matter if that guest is someone they know or someone they are just about to meet.
UNDERSTAND!
How can we begin to assist those who may need help if we don’t take even a moment to fully understand what their needs are. Even more, shouldn’t we all take a minute to learn more about our Guests and what they like so we can be better informed and prepared as guest service professionals?
ENGAGE!
In our busy lives we can get so focused on getting to our next task that we often skip the part of social interaction with our guests that can help create that positive memorable experience. We Work with every team member to help them discover how to open that door to engagement with our guests.
SELL!
Although this training is focused on the service aspect of the business, we can never forget what fuels the company. Taking time during an interaction to up sell the business is a skill that most team members do not have and have never been trained on how to do this effectively and with a personal touch.

Shouldn’t we all take a bit more time to thank those that choose to spend their time and hard earned money with us? This small gesture needs to be highlighted as part of the guest service experience.
Although our GUEST training program was designed to be a 5 day program in order to solidify the materials in the minds and daily habits of Team Members, we have alternative options that can fit into any training schedules that the client requires.
